Multi-ligand pocket groups
Each card groups binding pockets of closely matched RNAs bound by two or more
different small molecules. Two RNA sequences are closely matched when they share an identical
stretch of at least 12 consecutive nucleotides and at least 85% of the shorter sequence matches the
longer one.
