Matched RNA pockets bound to multiple ligands
Each card groups holo structures of a closely matched RNA (by sequence) bound by two or more
different small molecules. The highlighted consensus residues indicate the extent to which the
ligand-binding sites overlap. No apo structure is required — so a series may include structures
excluded from the apo–holo database, such as cases in which the nominal apo structure contains a
